  • Advance Payment: Services will commence only after full payment or an agreed-upon advance payment has been received. This policy ensures that we allocate the necessary resources and time to your project.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit card, bank transfer. Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon service agreement.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Payments made for services are non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once payment has been received.
  • Service Inability: A refund will only be issued if we are unable to provide the service you requested. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom Work: All custom services delivered as per the agreement are non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Fees: Any fees paid to third-party service providers on your behalf are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to our inability to provide the requested service, please contact us at hello {at} epicagencies {dot} lk with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • Review and Approval: We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 10 business days.
  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10business days.
